The handicap accessible rental vans are lowered floor Dodge Grand Caravans with an automatic door, ramp and kneel system. The van accommodates one person in a wheelchair and up to five passengers including the driver.

There is a 15% motor vehicle tax collected on all rental vehicles. 

 
2 day minimum rental reservation over the weekend.

The first 100 miles per day are free for the renter; each additional mile after that is $.50 a mile.

The vehicle is given to client with a full tank of gas.  If the vehicle is returned with anything less than a full tank of gas, the charge is $10 per 1/8 of a tank.

All Deliveries must be scheduled with a 48 hour advance notice.

Delivery Fees are as follows:

·         Local San Antonio delivery (within the city limits) during business hours is $45 (one-way) after business hours (one-way) is $75.

·         Out of San Antonio delivery is $1.25 a mile to the location and back for a one-way delivery (with a minimum of $75.00.)

·         All San Antonio Airport deliveries Monday through Friday during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm are $75.00 (one-way). Deliveries outside those hours are $125 (one-way).

·         All San Antonio Airport pick ups are $50.

The vehicle does not have handicapped accessible plates. 

Cancellation Policy:

A 48 hour notice is required for any cancellations other wise, Client will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Primary Renter Requirements:

·         Current Insurance that will cover a rental vehicle

·         Current Drivers License

·         Credit Card/Non-Debit

Additional Drivers Requirements:

·         Current Insurance

·         Current Drivers License
